We believe in honesty, reliability and genuine care built on passion, dedication and a strong work ethic. These terms are here to keep things clear, fair and easy to understand for everyone.
A booking is confirmed once we accept it by email, message or another written confirmation. Our pricing is based on the details you give us, so please make sure the address, size of the property and scope of work are accurate. If the job turns out to be very different from what was booked, we will talk with you about any change to time or price before we continue.
You may cancel or reschedule a booking without charge if you give us at least 24 hours notice. If less notice is given, or we cannot access the property at the agreed time, we may charge a reasonable cancellation fee to cover the time set aside for your booking. Any cancellation fee will be fair and will not apply where the law gives you the right to cancel without charge.
We treat every home and workplace with genuine care. Please tell us before the clean about any fragile, valuable or sentimental items, and anything that needs special handling. If we accidentally damage something through our fault, please let us know as soon as reasonably possible so we can review it and work with you on a fair solution.
Unless we agree otherwise, invoices are due within 7 days of the invoice date. If payment is late, we may send reminders, place future bookings on hold, and recover reasonable collection costs where the law allows. If you believe there is an issue with an invoice, please contact us promptly so we can sort it out honestly and fairly.
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Our services will improve the presentation of your home but cannot fix pre-existing damage, permanent marks, normal wear and tear, rust, faulty fittings or hidden defects. We are not responsible for loss or damage we did not cause, including pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, faulty items, or events outside our reasonable control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to supplying our services again, or the cost of having those services supplied again. Nothing in these terms removes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any dispute about these terms or our services will be dealt with in the tribunals and courts of Western Australia, unless the law says otherwise.
Please make sure we have safe access to the property, including working electricity and water, and tell us about any pets, alarms, hazards or special instructions before we start. We may refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe or if we are asked to do work that was not agreed. By booking with us, you agree to these terms and to communicate with us respectfully and honestly so we can deliver the best result.
